Wow, this hotel and staff are outstanding in every way. The staff are so helpful and friendly, the hotel is beautiful, welcoming, clean and well looked after. We stayed one night, from a cruise ship docked at Han long bay , we wanted to experience Hanoi, what a great hotel to stay in, when it’s chaos all around. Vietnam does this well, and this hotel is excellent at creating a peaceful escape from the busy chaotic city. Staff helped us with taxi arrangements, gave us a welcome drink on arrival. Every thought is given to uncertain holiday visitors. The bedrooms are luxurious, spotlessly clean, fluffy towels, a free mini bar, dressing gowns, slippers, toothbrushes etc . Large screen tv with lots of channels. The hotel offers a spa service . We ate in their restaurant, which was the best meal we have ever had in Vietnam, gorgeous food. We also had a free drink from the bar on the roof top, a fabulous end to a busy hot day in Hanoi. We travelled as two couples, and couldn’t find anything to moan about at all. We would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. The staff are a credit to this hotel and make it more outstanding than any other I have stayed at. Well done.

We spent two nights at the Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa and had a satisfying experience. The hotel is excellently located, making it easy to explore some of Hanoi's top attractions like Train Street, the French Quarter, and the Old Quarter. The convenience of the location allowed us to make the most of our short stay. We would also like to specifically mention Christine at the reception, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Another enjoyable part of our visit was the delightful conversation we had with Mark at the sky bar. The stunning views and Mark's friendly demeanor made our evening truly special.

This is a beautiful hotel but what really shines are the staff. They can't do enough for you. They work around the clock (literally) to make sure you are happy and having a good time. The room is spacious and comfortable and cleaned daily. Breakfast in the top floor restaurant was great with a good choice of buffet as well as an al a carte option too. Special thank to Lily who looked after us really well in the restaurant. Rooftop bar excellent views and staff who are fun and aim to please, offering to re-make your cocktail if you don't like it! The manager Leonard (not his real name) was very funny and entertained us no end. He makes a mean Tom Collins!! We also had 2 incredible massages from the inhouse spa.

We absolutely loved our 3 night stay here. The location is great - right on the edge of the Old Quarter and about a 2 min walk from the famous Train Street. The hotel itself is lovely and our room was spacious and very clean. The staff are the stand out feature though - they could not have been more helpful and friendly. The Essence restaurant served fabulous food for breakfast, lunch and dinner! We also used the hotel service to book our airport transfer and a day trip to Ha Long Bay which was fabulous and so cheap ($70USD each). I cannot recommend this hotel enough for a stay in Hanoi and I will certainly stay again when we return!

Love this property… so much that we ended up going back… it’s just in the edge of everything ’old town’…. Just a few hundred metres from train street… but it’s enough on the edge that you can escape the chaos that is old town Hanoi… the Skybar is a little oasis of peace as you look down on the madness. The staff were super friendly and helpful at every stage. The food at breakfast, and the restaurant is great, with a good selection of western and Asian - and all for a price that other so called ‘hi end’ hotels could and SHOULD take note of.. fabulous hotel 😊 even the spa is great
